As a student assistant in Indirect Procurement, you will have business wide touchpoints as the department is responsible for the global procurement of IT, R&D, Professional Services, Marketing, Travel, Facilities and much more. The right candidate will have broad responsibilities, such as;
- Exposure to strategic work with negotiations preparation and participation
- Participation in cross functional projects such as contractor management, net working capital etc.
- Commercial analysis
- Global spend analysis on vendors
- Various administrative tasks within reporting, presentation creation and vendor relations etc.
You are currently enrolled at an institution for higher learning (KU, CBS, ITU etc.) studying business, finance, supply chain or similar and have at least 2 years left of your studies.
You enjoy a challenging environment working with simultaneous projects while being exposed to multiple stakeholders, but also don’t mind the repetitive tasks.
You are analytical, detail oriented, innovative and you find it easy to communicate with people from all levels of an organization.
You are well-versed in the MS Office suite and generally curious about other business software solutions.
English is our corporate language – so a high level of fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
We expect you to work 15-20 hours a week, while there is high level of flexibility to adjust your work during exam periods. We will review applications at an ongoing basis, and interviews will be held until we find the right candidate.
