Job Description:

  • Understanding of local and global economic environments and changes
  • Setting sales strategies
  • Designing, setting and monitoring KPIs for the team
  • Compiling management reports
  • Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
  • Effectively consult with potential clients and investors
  • Management and development of team and junior staff
  • Implementing new and improved processes
  • Guiding clients through sales and legal documentation
  • Training the team on effect sales techniques
  • Coordinating with internal departments
  • Conducting and leading events such as road shows
  • Supporting the team on closing sales
  • Ensuring that the team maximises all sales opportunities


  • At least 3 years of team management experience in the Dubai real estate market with a total
  • experience of 8 to 10 years.
  • Proven track record of success in the sales function
  • Excellent network of investors
  • Organised and calm approach
  • Natural leader
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage
  • Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
