Job Description:

1.       Develop/Maintain/Deepen the existing portfolio with a view to enhance earnings/ improve ROA and promote products and services 2.       Develop new business opportunity with existing clients and source new clients by relying heavily on referral network. 3.       Develop/ maintain strong remunerative business relationship with allocated/ prospective customers. 4.       Ensure that all security documentation is completed by the client before any disbursement of the loan/s or assumption of any risk by the bank and remove any discrepancies in documentation pointed out by CAD. 5.       Fulfill client’s day to day financial needs and requirements. 6.       Negotiate the commercial terms of transactions with customers and following up to ensure that the customers’ requirements are effectively met. 7.       Work closely with Risk Management to identify, understand, alleviate credit risk, whilst being efficient in obtaining risk approvals in support of business objectives. 8.       Prepare Call Reports and outline issues and opportunities arising from client meetings to ensure to close of sale. 9.       Obtain the necessary documents/ documentary evidence/ information with a view to assess client’s borrowing needs/ its business cash flows and Financial projections keeping in view the past performance, industry trend, expansion plan & economic conditions. 10.    Prepare/ Process credit proposals (fresh booking, yearly renewals. enhancement) of credit facilities in a timely manner and utilize the available information in processing comprehensive credit proposals for consideration & approval by the concerned authorities. 11.    Keep Update ourselves latest policies/ regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan & other regulatory bodies. To ensure that all H.O guidelines, SBP’s regulations (PRs) & others statutory requirements are strictly met & complied with in letter & spirits. 12.    Ensure compliance of internal & external audit reports and to extend maximum cooperation to visiting auditors/ inspectors. 13.    Ensure for timely recovery of mark-up, principal installments & overdue etc. 14.    Responsible for maintaining and safekeeping of credit files and ensuring that credit files are properly kept and are updated with latest record regularly. 15.    Keep an eye on transactions/ financial conditions/ operations of allocated customers & report any anomalies that may affect bank’s risk in future. 16.    Attend to queries of customers and advise them appropriately in the best interest of the Bank, making all efforts to enhance Bank’s image in the market. 17.    Make periodic visits to customer premises to promote Bank’s business prospects and make proactive identification/ assessment of any signs of deterioration in risk indicators of the borrower/s.   Who can apply?   Education: · Minimum graduate preferably MBA in Marketing / Finance or equivalent from a reputable institution. Any additional / relevant certification will be considered as added advantage.   Experience: · Candidate with 5-6 years of relevant experience   Technical Competencies: · Good sales and negotiation skills · Proficiency in MS Office · Strong Analytical Skills   Behavioral Competencies: Positive, service oriented personality. Executor, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (assertive)
