Job Description:

  • Extensive Systems knowledge particularly in lead generation and CRM.
  • Plan and execute strategic B2B marketing initiatives that identify points of competitive differentiation, drive awareness and revenue
  • Oversee and contribute to broad scope of marketing responsibilities, including sales collateral, custom presentations, website maintenance, newsletters, webinars, blog writing, research, public relations and more
  • Deliver and train against sales enablement tools – verticalized where appropriate; including sales toolkits, presentations, collateral materials. Ensure relevant internal teams understand product positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Analyze channel effectiveness across product marketing and sales, events, social, internal communication & design to define KPIs and determine impact
Who are you?
  • 7+ years’ experience in consulting and/or implementing solutions leveraging a combination of web analytics /digital analytics /customer data analytics, online/interactive marketing, statistical modeling, CRM program implementation, marketing performance measurement, and/or customer strategy
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of designers
  • Use data to ship adtech products that translate into scalable and global business impact
  • Experience owning product marketing function, developing strategies including research, customer segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and messaging
  • Demonstrated experience in product storytelling – developing product positioning, value proposition and messaging that differentiates
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and from a customer perspective
  • Deep experience in one or more of the following: digital analytics and optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, marketing analytics
  • Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating customer campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc.) as well as a strong knowledge of online marketing and/or CRM best practices
  • Experience with Digital Analytics tools (MixPanel,Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics), experience with data manipulation tools (MongoDB, SQL,BigQuery)
  • Experience dfining analytics strategy, developing analytics requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Additional Qualifications Include:
  • Strong strategic marketing planning knowledge
  • Previous leadership experience of managing a team of direct reports
  • Overseeing and directing relationships with agencies (clips, movies, PR, social media)
  • Must be creative/innovate/hands-on with an affinity for details, aesthetics, communication & PR skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, writing skills
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong account management and relationship builder, an adept communicator with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
  • Experience in event planning and management, including speaker outreach and vendor relationships is an advantage
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Ability to develop and articulate highly successful and innovative marketing solutions and communicate a compelling vision
  • Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns and analyzing KPIs
  • You will be directing and participating in execution as the team grows and specializes, including guiding the development of all dashboards, analytics systems, and automated rules needed to ensure the health and growth of the company’s client funnel over time
